Power
Semiconductor Testers
Exsys Power has
developed 2 different Power Semiconductor Testers to accommodate the
different needs within the heavy processing industry. Typical user
groups are Service, Maintenance, and Warehouse Personnel.
- The AL3300 is designed
for the test bench, but is also portable for field applications.
- The M3400 is a durable
field unit, but can also be used on the test bench.
Both units are capable
of testing all types of Power Semiconductors, including IGBTs and
Darlington Transistors. |
